Hurricanes
This is an advanced unit that describes the causes, formation, lifecycle, and classification of hurricanes. It is a long unit that requires a few days or even a week, to get through properly. It could probably be done with 5th or 6th graders with help, but it won't be one that they will be able to understand alone due to the complexity.
