Cells

Simple Schooling Cells: Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes introduces students in grades 8 and up to the parts of a cell.  Students will learn the difference between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells as well as the organelles and features common and unique to each.  There are 7 vocabulary exercises, two picture ID exercises, and 3 hotspot games to compare and contrast cell types.  A final spin the wheel game will test their comprehension of the function and major characteristics of cells and a personalized certificate is included for portfolios.
