Atomic Theory

 Simple Schooling Atomic Theory introduces students in grades 8-10 to the internal structure of the atom.  In this unit students will learn the history of the atom and atomic theory, the identifying properties of the three major subatomic particles, and how to use elemental notation to determine the number of protons, electrons, and neutrons in an element, isotope, or ion.
