Viruses

Simple Schooling viruses explains the structural morphology of viruses, the different reproductive cycles, and introduces key terminology for upper level sciences.  The history of how viruses were identified is lightly explained and students will identify famous viruses such as ebola, rabies, SARS, HIV, influenza, and many others.  There are four vocabulary building exercises and two sequencing exercises on the lytic cycle and the reproductive cycle of enveloped viruses.

This is an advanced unit and students should have completed ALL the previous biology units before stating this one.
